Neighbor Island Legislative Offices
There is at least one State Building on each main Neighbor Island (county.) Senators/Reps should have (share) a room with at least one desk where constituents can meet with them. The reps could share a voice mail system where constituents leave messages reporting problems and requests. Staffing needs could be met by volunteers supplied by League of Women Voters, AARP, Kiwanis, etc. Internships could be set up for students to provide staffing and assist constituents in accessing their elected officials.
